Ah, Princess, it's always a deep annoyance at best when he shuffles us around like that. I am not certain that he is equipped to understand the disruption that he causes. You have my sympathy, though you hardly need it.

And I would be willing to bet that almost all of us would like to speak to the Admiral's boss.

No. You are not. For one, there is a power greater than he dedicated to the greater good, but their relationship I am unsure of.

For another, he is an imperfect being. Whatever celestial hierarchy he is from, must by nature have at least one tier above him.

I don't think the Admiral is actually an Admiral. I think it just takes it as a name, as the barge is called the barge.

You people try too hard to create structure for there not to be someone higher than the Admiral in all of this.
